after my 3rd day at work, i finally decided to update my java blog.

1st day, was asked to setup my pc.. n to create and populate a db. quite monotone. this proj, it jus came in, n i am tasked to handle it. it's really monotone. n somehow, i feel it's too.. data entry, and din really focus a lot. wat's more, i knownuts abt the db, n was not really sure how to do the db.

2nd day, i got to know more of the db, n wat is required... but stil, it's pretty monotone to mi, as i'm jus doing wat i'm told. basically, not much idea of how tis db gonna b used.. but after some explanation, i gtting a better idea.

3rd day, i finally felt i'm in use =D. they r discussing abt projs, n i was there listening n taking notes. haha.. finaly, i felt i'm really part of the team... wat i worry now is, ideally, ideas shld b shared n discussed. n everythign shld b communicated properly. however, when too many questions have been posed, n certain minor changes r made even after the discussion, it will soudn buggy if i were to ask if the minor changes r alright. den, there breaks the communication, n "surprises" will follow.

wat i'm happy here is that, communication n discussion r IMPT. there is wkly discussion abt our progress. n for now, they say they'll take any resolution that apepar to be a better soln. tis is nice, but i dunno how true it is... cos, well, if u think urs is good, but he thinks his is better, n others (due to any possible reasons) support his, although on the surface, everythign is alright, but things may turn out ugly internally.

haha.. perhaps i've realyl kinda seen thru lotsa things. at work, my first 3 days, watever te "leaders" tell mi, they will always explain their actions.. such as they ask mi where i work b4. as i say, they oso explain y they ask.. as though i was thinking "r they trying to get anything out from mi, or r they.. hinting soiemthing??". however ,i'm only thinking "they wanna know mi more".

den, anotehr time, a snr is telling mi mroe than my job scope. b4 elaborating further, he told mi, he know it's not my job scope, but he know i wanna climb up the ladder, n jus wanna give mi more info. n tell mi all abt the mgmt thigns. haha, i kno their intentions b4 they tried to explain themselves :)

after the meeting on fri, i am really feeling tat i'm doing a serious stuff for their proj. cos i'm populating a db tat the proj will b using. however, now i think.. i wnana know more abt hwo the whole db will b linked up, so tat i know hwo to create n improve the tables. now, i oni know tat certain tables r needed.. but not exactly how they r linked..
